MeGzz is a Certified and Licensed Hoopnotica Instructor and will cover the basics of Hoopdance-how to keep the hoop spinning on your waist, hips and above your head, and how to take the hoop on and off your body in a beautiful spiral! Plus tons of other fun and exciting moves!

Intermediate/Adv Hoop Dance with GroovinMeGzz
Wed 8-9pm (Special introductory Price) $80 for 8 week series
This class is geared towards hoopers who have been inside the circle regularly for at least 3 months. We will be working on a choreographed routine to a specially selected song. Combining on body movements and off body isolated movement, flips and tosses, this routine will be fun to learn and to perform! At the end of the series, we will dress up in costume and perform the routine and put the clip on YouTube to share with the hoop community! I am delighted to share this opportunity with you!
