GroovinMeGzz is hosting her first ever Double Hooping workshop in Portland!

Currently I'm not teaching any classes focused on doubles, so I've been itchin' to teach all the new material I've been working on all summer, plus even NEWeR material from attending Hoop Camp 2010 in late Sept/Early Oct. :) :)


~*~Workshop Details~*~
If you've ever wanted to try it hooping with twins, here is your chance! This workshop is geared for all those ready to work with the idea of two hoops! Beginner to Advanced!
For the first hour we will spend our time getting comfortable with two hoops, understanding the rhythm of two and moving within them, for the second hour we will work on advancing flow, dynamic movements, smooth plane transitions & fluidity between moves/tricks. Our main focus will be surface switching (with thumbs & hands) plus tons of tricks, concepts & ideas to work with.
The two sections of the workshop will flow into each other, and its encouraged you take both! :)

Feel free to bring your own hoops, PLUS several sets of double hoops will be provided for use & available for purchase! :)

When: Saturday Nov 13th
Where: Bamboo Grove Salon 134 SE Taylor St Portland, OR (Green building)
Time: 2 hours 1:00-3:00pm
Cost: $55 for full workshop- Full 2 hours

**Option A:
If you want attend the first hour of basic double hooping you can just pay $30.

**Option B:
For those who are more advanced and want to challenge their skill level currently, you can pay $30 for the latter half of the workshop and skip the basic stuff. :)
